Gents Lovers Knot Wedding Band
The Lover's Knot design is attributed to sailors and seafarer's who would weave the knot with two pieces of rope to give to sweethearts as mementos. This same knot was likely to adorn a Celtic Shield, the points of the square, a plea to the God's of the four corners of the Earth for protection, also called 'St. Hans Cross' or 'The Earth Square'.

I bought this ring on a trip to Ireland in 2006. It is exactly what I wanted and get lots of compliments from admirers. I didn't buy it as a wedding ring, as I had been married since 1986, I just wanted a ring to celebrate my Irish heritage. Couldn't be happier that this is the ring I chose and I encourage anyone going to Ireland , you must go to Dingle and visit this jeweler's shop.
